PARKERSBURG — Patrons have viewed an raise in the number of specialized health and fitness lessons at the YMCA of Parkersburg thanks to individual coach Michaela Piendel.
Piendel on June 28 launched Match30, a new 30-minute Functional Interval Training class. It is designed to adapt to all health amounts with a small class size ratio of 1:10. Piendel, a certified Personal Trainer and Team Health and fitness Instructor, turned the YMCA of Parkersburg’s private coach in September. Nonetheless, her health journey started in the early days of pursuing her bachelor’s degree in exercising physiology at West Virginia University.
