NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) – Inspiration these times can occur from just about any where. For just one Nashville health teacher, she located her inspiration in the most not likely spot: her mirror.
It is 8 a.m. on a Wednesday and it is a different packed home at Title Boxing Club. But this class is different, not because of him, or for her, but simply because who is training.
Fulfill Amy Bream and you are not going to ignore her at any time shortly.
“When I began, I never considered about being a trainer,” Bream said.
You would under no circumstances know by getting her class, but Bream was born with only one leg.
“I had a trainer pull me aside and say I want you do to kickboxing, and I claimed,’ You understand I only have a person leg,’ and he reported, ‘So, you can do this. You require to halt telling oneself that you can not. You are restricting your self, just do it.’”
And she did, and the relaxation is background.
“It opened up a whole new entire world for me,” she stated. “I want to try everything.”
Bream has been invited to take part in the Adaptive CrossFit Games in Wisconsin in August.
